From the first contact with this company they were entirely professional and very easy to get service. Julie was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. James Dean (plumber) was professional and polite. He explained each of the options thoroughly. He did the job very fast but made sure to test to make sure that it was done correctly. The price was also reasonable. I am definitely going to use them again.

We suspected we had a slab leak in our living room. Called Vets For You on a recommendation. Julie answered. She is the sweetest! So refreshing to speak to someone who provides excellent customer service. Based on the severity of the issue we faced, she scheduled Keith to come out. We were given a 2 hour time window. Keith called me promptly at the beginning of that window to let me know what time he’d arrive. Keith went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and figure out the best possible route to take. Keith and his team are professional, reliable, and honest. For any plumbing needs, small or large, I would highly recommend Vets For You Plumbing.

We had an old force air furnace that became unreliable. Vets For You inspected our furnace and suggested several levels of repair and then once we selected the one for our budget. They installed the unit the next day and even made needed safety repairs to our system for the price agreed on. They were punctual and professional. We highly recommend these guys to do home repairs and upgrades. Our new system is wonderful. A much needed upgrade to our home. Thank you Vets For You!!!

Outstanding customer service is truly commonplace for this family-owned business! I whole heartedly recommend this company for water intrusion, leak detection, heating and HVAC services. From the office Representative Amanda to the professional plumbers that arrived at my home each were absolutely exceptional. Daniel’s attention to detail, communication skill set, and his sense of urgency to repair our multiple home leaks was extraordinary. I would also like to thank Tim, Daniel’s ride along in training, what a diamond in the rough, personable, hardworking, and a willingness to learn everything within his newfound career was amazing. I could tell immediately who the teacher was and who the student candidate was. I needed to replace a leaking water heater and malfunctioning HVAC. I called Vets For You, and the owner Keith came out to take a look at everything and walk me though several repair options. We discussed the work planned, the time required (2-3 days), and my schedule. After tailoring the work plan to my specific needs, Keith had his crew at my house ready to work right on time. Everyone was always approachable to answer any questions or concerns, and Keith provided regular updates on their progress, without being intrusive. They took care to protect the home from any damage while working, and cleaned everything up afterwards. I'm very pleased with their workmanship, as well as my overall experience hiring them for the job. I won't hesitate to call Vets For You in the future, or to recommend them.
